I'm guessing it's Band of Horses. They're also playing Bonnaroo and have nothing else going on at the time. Seems like a solid pickup, I'm really looking forward to this year's lineup so far!

I think it's Band of Horses also... Even though they could have found a better image.

I know in 2013 both Bunbury and Forecastle had The Flaming Lips not sure about other years. I went to both that year for them.

I'm going Band of Horses as my final answer. Makes the most sense as a straightforward clue and the Bonnaroo thing makes it more likely.

Also, this is a smoking jacket. Could it be My Morning Jacket? MMJ does have a horse connection too. They're from the home of the Kentucky Derby!

Why are people counting groups out because they are going to be at Forecastle? Forecastle is over a month after Bunbury..

Are they touring at all? I didnt see anything on their facebook or webpage. Glass animals is only playing festivals this summer as theyre making a new album so theyre not touring any time soon. Theyre also playing at forecastle so according to everyone else forecastle and bunbury never share an act.

Why are people counting groups out because they are going to be at Forecastle? Forecastle is over a month after Bunbury.. Music festivals usually make bands sign an exclusivity agreement when they book them saying they cannot play another festival within 200 miles that year. This is also why Nelsonville Music Festival and Bunbury don't share bands as well

Only connection to band of horses is a horse head. Lot more going on in picture than that

Why are people counting groups out because they are going to be at Forecastle? Forecastle is over a month after Bunbury.. Look at Bunbury's lineups from 2012,2013,2014, and 2015. Now look at Forecastle's lineups from 2012,2013,2014, and 2015. What do you see here? Not one act has played at both the same year. Forecastle has to have a radius clause that prevents bands from playing at both. Hope this helps you out.

Someone on Twitter mentioned Metric...they did a promo a few months ago for free concert tix and had someone wearing a horse's head hide them in public places. You can also Google a pic of the band wearing horese's heads. They have a new album and are touring with no June dates yet...
