Someone suggested Unknown Mortal Orchestra but their song "Bicycle" has no lyrics that match that. I feel like Frank Ocean is a pretty penny isn't he? Rarely does festivals so I think that'd be surprising.

Someone named Michelle Featherstone has a song and an album called "Blue Bike" but best I can tell she isn't active anymore so it's unlikely but another name to throw in.
