I said it already, but I think we were spoiled by last year's lineup... these hints so far have me feeling pretty pessimistic. But, as someone said, it could be a sort of 2017 hint roll out where from the next hint on we get some "real" names.

Im going to go ahead and throw out there that I don't think we have this one right. Not sure who it is but I dont think it's Clutch. Seems off. Also worried about the lineup compared to previous years of hints.

Been lurking around here and like many have said here and via social media it’s a little concerning the line up so far. I have always been a fan of the lower/middle tier undercards. I haven’t seen anything that interests me or would fit the majority at Bunbury. Hopefully the future hints are more promising as I may not get a 3 day pass for the first time

This is shaping up to be a big pile of garbage as well. Out of 49 acts last year, there were only 8 I was excited about. But that's actually fine to me. If I can see two or 3 really great shows a day while hanging out, drinking beer, and enjoying the nice weather, I'm totally in. Hints will only give, at max, 20% of the lineup. |

I really enjoyed last years lineup. There were atleast 5 acts a day I was excited to see. 2017 was good, except Saturday. I had a 3 day pass and was there for no more than 30 min. I missed VHS Collection and San Fermin for the Reds suite.

Clutch though has been around for a long time, they just played Bonnaroo 2 years ago.
Plus on the lineup bill they were listed same level as Misterwives and Third Eye Blind.

I agree i think it has to be either cage or tame impala I think if it isn’t Clutch then we haven’t guessed it yet. Tame Impala wouldn’t be hinted towards this early, and Cage doesn’t really fit this clue other than there being elephants. |

From what my source said yesterday, they were unhappy with how obvious the clues were last year and they aimed for them to be a little more ambiguous. Still, absolutely non confirmation on if we had any of them correct. |

The first 4 hints referenced the artist/band, not a song or album. Not sure if that is a trend or like previous years it will bounce around.

Yeah that's a very valid point and something that I was thinking of. I think I probably have the best insight into Promowest due to my sources, but I 100% still do not know how many (if any) of these hints we have right. This year is nothing like last year where there was absolutely no doubt who some of the hints were |

Two years ago the hints were pretty much impossible to guess. Looking back, and knowing the lineup, I still can't figure out some of the hints.
Unless we are wrong on all of them, and at this point I hope we are, the hints have been pretty damn easy.

The problem is that I can't get that picture to come up with any search I've done other than "Elephant Riders" They had to Google something to find that picture and maybe I just don't know the magic words they used, but it just seems like too much of a coincidence not to be Clutch.

When I did a reverse search it came up Indian Elephant. But if I search that on google its not a picture that shows up, didn't scroll too too far though. |

I also hope it's not Clutch. Looking at last year, they threw us all softballs and we knew right away who the hints were. This year has been a lot harder and I do hope we have most of them wrong lol.

She has the dates wide open to be an option and it's absolutely the type of booking that Bunbury would jump on a year before all the big festivals booked her. |

She's gotten very big very quickly and we haven't thrown her name around yet and I'm surprised Coachella is really the only one to book her so far. Hopefully Bunbury can snag her as one of those "got em before they got huge" acts that they seem to always get ........ and then put on the River Stage..... |
