Worth putting out there that a few people on social media are thinking its Hozier. His song "Movement" mentions Fred by name. I'm still leaning toward Jukebox the Ghost, but given the likelihood of Hozier, its worth mentioning.

Could it be Capital Cities? They had a new album released in August. They currently have zero shows booked in the summer though.
The first music video for Safe and Sound I think had Fred Astaire dancing a lot in it.

I'll toss these new picks into the poll. Just so no one kills me, I have to delete the poll and re-do it. I can't just add more choices

People are overthinking this. Look at the middle of the picture. He has a white shirt, grey sash, and a black coat. You could say that his attire Fades to Black. Fade To Black... It’s Metalica, 100% lock. I don't like the current names being thrown around so I'm 100% backing this lol

"I am Fred Astaire" is a really deep TBS track according to a friend who has seen them 12 times in concert, so don't think it's them. Hive hints are a more obvious track. I'm a big Jukebox the Ghost fan and they are getting into some of the festival circuit right now (playing Firefly Sunday this year), definitely them. Fred Astaire is one of their signature songs.
