My guess is Imagine Dragons.

I got nothing on this one. Except Morris Day and the Time. Or Cyndi Lauper. Or Pink Floyd. All excellent guesses for a show like Bunbury. LOL
Imagine Dragons is the best thing I've heard so far.

Imagine Dragons is announcing a tour today, so we'll see if there's a conveniently placed gap that weekend.

Someone on Facebook suggested Coldplay, but they have no current tour dates scheduled and I highly doubt that if they'd play just one show over the summer, it would be at Bunbury.

I'm pretty sure the Coldplay guy was kidding. He's the same guy who wrote Pearl Jam for yesterday's hint.
I don't think anybody would believe Coldplay would be scheduling a date at Bunbury.

Could be Young the Giant, their big hit last year was "It's About Time". They're playing June 6th at Wakarusa Festival in Arkansas, so this is probably a big stretch...especially considering they played last year. I still think Imagine Dragons is the more likely guess.

The Mowgli's are another very good possibility.

The Mowgli's are another very good possibility. Was Time popular, though? It seems like they would be using hit songs for these hints.

Couple other possibilities to throw out there, although Imagine Dragons sounds like the most likely are Vance Joy and Jungle. Vance Joy is at the Gov Ball playing Friday or Sunday, since he's in Pittsburgh on the 6th and he has a song called It's Time.
Jungle is playing Bonnaroo the weekend after, are in the UK until the 3rd of June though and are playing Columbus on April 4th which I'm not sure if that's too close.

So I guess the real question at this point is how would everybody feel about Ed Sheeran, The Avett Brothers, and Imagine Dragons headlining Bunbury this year? If those three guesses are right, they would all have to be headliners.
I'm guessing The Kooks (or The Offspring) would be farther down the list.

If this is Imagine Dragons and we were right on the other clues, I have to say I'm very impressed with the first four acts. You would assume Ed Sheeran and Imagine Dragons would be headliners right? Those are a bit more impressive than Fall Out Boy, The Flaming Lips, and Empire of the Sun. And, I love The Kooks and The Avett Brothers. Hopefully, we got the clues right.

I think these would be 3 solid headliners. In my opinion, the best 3 they've gotten ever. Weezer, Death Cab, and Jane's Addiction were good, but I think this trumps it.

Anyone know when this IMagine Dragons announcement is. Might give us some confirmation on this clue Best I can tell it just says sometime today. It does tease "39 cities" though. So if we see a break in the action combined with only 38 cities, then you might have your answer.

I would have to believe that teasing Imagine Dragons on the day they are releasing a major tour wouldn't be coincidence.
That's just more evidence if you ask me.

Imagine Dragons just posted on Facebook that they are live streaming a show and an announcement at 2:00 Pacific Time. So we won't hear anything from them until Five or so our time at the earliest.

I'm not an Imagine Dragons fan, but I am a fan of the fact that they're apparently touring with Metric, and they're amazing. Hope they play as well.

Well, it's not Imagine Dragons.
They are playing June 5th and 6th in Calgary and Edmonton followed by June 8th in Winnepeg They play Columbus and Louisville two weeks after Bunbury. Time to guess again.

I just wanna know what made them think it would be a good idea to post this clue on a day that Imagine Dragons was making an announcement. Did they not foresee this disappointing a lot of people? I think they should keep in mind possible guesses for each clue, and not use something that could lead someone to deduce that a bigger/more popular band is being teased than the one the clue is actually for.

The picture they used shows up in google image searches for "endless clock" "endless time" and "eternal clock," but not "time" or "clock" alone, so maybe those are some new angles to view this from (Lana Del Rey's Endless Summer Tour??)
Edit: new guess is Vance Joy. He has songs titled "Wasted Time" and "First Time" and one called "All I Ever Wanted" in the chorus of which he explains that "all [he] ever wanted was time" and He's playing Pittsburg June 6 and Charlotte June 8th and Cincy wouldn't be very far out of his way.
