My first thought is the song Choke by I Don't Know How But They Found Me.
idkHOW was actually one of my undercard guesses before we got hints last year.
EDIT: They played A&R Bar a few months ago so the Promowest connection is already there

Interpol was another guess (they have a song Heinrich Maneuver) but I think this would be way too obvious for Bunbury's typical style of hints

Interpol was also my first thought, but I don't think they really fit this festival, in addition to it being a very obvious clue.

OneRepublic apparently also has a song called Choke. They are playing in Indiana in April but don't have a tour beyond that.
I think you guys are probably right with IDKHBTFM but it's just another name to throw out there.
