The official set times are out, what do you guys think? I hate the Royal Blood Walk The Moon conflict.

The official set times are out, what do you guys think? I hate the Royal Blood Walk The Moon conflict. I'm extremely disappointed. Royal Blood and WTM is a conflict, The Decemberists and Jamestown Revival is a conflict. Twenty One Pilots only getting an hour on the second stage with their set ending exactly when Snoop starts? They deserve longer. With fewer bands, I'm a little annoyed that I had to drop a few already based on conflicts.

Friday night is just too loaded. I think I'm going to miss Tame Impala, Matt and Kim, and Royal Blood. I may watch Catfish and then head over and stay for Bleachers, WTM, and The Black Keys. How far is the distance from the two main stages? I looked at the map. Probably about a 10 minute walk?

The Decemberists & Jamestown Revival is the worst. Wish they would have switch The Decemberists with Kacey Musgraves. Also the Friday: Father John Misty > Temples > Catfish and the Bottlemen...

Where did you find the map? On the app. Yeatmans Cove and the River Stage are close to each other. On the other side of the park, the Sawyer Point and Pavilion Stage are close to each other.

Looking at least years map my guess is: Sawyer Point Stage was last years main stage River stage is still the river stage Yeatman's Cove is the old Warsteiner Pavilion is the old Amphitheater.

Yeatman's Cove is last years main stage, same spot. Sawyer Point is a new stage, looks like it's under the 471 overpass. Last year that's where a cell phone charging and water station were (amongst a few food trucks). The fairgrounds end at the Sawyer point stage, the Pavilion is what the Warsteiner stage was last year. The Amphitheater and Lawn stage are eliminated.

It's a jumbled mess Friday night lol. The map is much better than last years app. Last year the map was just a picture that you had to pinch zoom a bunch to see anything and even then it was blurry. Although I wouldn't mind a little more detail on the size and shape of the stages (plus the VIP locations). Right now it's just a little pinpoint with a flag on everything.

I might be talking crazy here, but since they are using the area to the right (east) of 471.. I guess they are putting a large stage there, so if you were looking at the pavilion stage it would be to the left. Since the pAvilion and Sawyer Point stage never overlap each other maybe they will be using the same grass area for each??? so you can just turn to the side and watch the next stage after... idk haha

You can quickly go from one to the other. There's a pretty large area of grass to the left of the Pavilion Stage so I imagine you'll still want to walk a small bit to get a better spot.

Solid! More trees in that area than I thought. You're definitely right then.

So its more like two main areas separated by the Purple People Bridge

So its more like two main areas separated by the Purple People Bridge I HOPE they are testing out the possibility of making the main stage the Sawyer Point stage in the future. That's a wider area and has a really nice grade to it so people in the back can see. And the concourse area up top allows for better traffic flow. Looking at Google maps, Yeatman's Cove is just so narrow. I feel like you can only squeeze a few thousand between the stage and the sound booth before it becomes unwatchable.

Black Keys are scheduled to start as soon as Tame Impala finishes. That's a low blow, Bunbury.

Black Keys are scheduled to start as soon as Tame Impala finishes. That's a low blow, Bunbury. Seems to be the case every night. I'm a little annoyed with the length of sets. The Sawyer Point stage maxes out at 1 hour. Matt &Kim, Tame Impala, The Decemberists, OCMS, and Twenty One Pilots all deserve longer than friggen Kacey Musgraves gets. And why do The Black Keys and Avett Bros get an hour and 15 while Snoop gets an hour and a half?

City ordinance, but start em earlier! Headliners come on at Riverbend around 9:20 so they get an hour and forty minutes.

60 minutes for Tame Impala is pretty lame, they wont get through 10 songs. They should just have the start at 8:15 right after Royal Blood ends.

And why the hell are Matt and Kim playing completely unopposed? There's a perfect spot for someone on the river stage during their set. I wish Father John Misty was playing then.
