I am in the middle of a nightmare. I have been trying to get my wristband registered since the day I got it. Every time I click on the "Register Wristband" link I get a blank screen. I have tried 5 different devices and 3 different browsers to no avail. My girlfriend got hers registered in one minute, by the way. I have now called the customer support number they provided 4 times. It was escalated to a supervisor on Fri and I was told it would be fixed. Today they tell me it's a problem only with certain wristbands and it's a "nightmare" for the organizers. It is likely it will not be corrected before the festival starts and I will be forced to stand in a special "defective wristband line" when I get there. I am especially not happy considering I sprung for VIP.
Anyone else having this nightmare?

Do we have to register the wristbands? If we have it in the mail, we can't go with that? And pay cash there for food, drinks, etc?

I got ours registered easily, but somehow, my husband's band is linked to my "social" accounts. I just found out I won a pair of passes (which I will be giving to friends), but I will now have to wait in the will call line to pick them up.

I'm pretty sure I read on their site that everything is paperless in the festival now so if you want to spend money you have to pre-load it on the wristband (or they ahve ATMs there that will assist you in doing so) because none of the vendors will accept cards or cash.

Anyone know how the Auto Top Up works? I selected that feature. I'm not sure if it adds a set amount each time or just continues to give you enough to make each purchase at a time. Also, who is the LAZY person who coded that website? For shit's sake, take more pride in your work. Pages are filled with leftover text and code: -CSiteCommon.TopupFooter (need to delete this space holder) -More, rich text topup info can come here (need to delete this space holder) -By topping up you purchase digital tokens from THE EVENT ORGANISER. (Couldn't even fill in the name of the festival) -This is help of step 3 (what?) -Error... CSiteTopup.Amount (great error message) No wonder they are having nightmares. Half the website is coded like garbage.

I'm having the same problem. I emailed back and forth with Intellitix for days and they just asked me questions that I had already answered in the first email I sent them. Once they realized it wasn't operator error they blamed it on my network (even though I told them I tried their website on three different networks). They said I would have to register them at the festival. I'm eight months pregnant, so I'm not too happy about having to stand in line when I've done everything on my end to plan ahead..

Sounds familiar. They assumed I was just a dumbass until I described all the different devices and browsers I tried. It wasn't until the fourth call that they admitted it was their error and wouldn't be corrected until I stand in line at the festival on Fri.

So my questions.. 1. do we HAVE to register the wrist bands. I know Bonnaroo you have to. Or do they just want you to register with the cashless program. 2. The vendors aren't accepting cash or credit cards!?

Guess if I do a little research I can find the answers to my own questions ATMs ATM’s will be available near top-up stations for guests to add funds to their cashless wristbands, as vendors will only be accepting payments with the wristbands.

Seems like a nightmare already that they went to this system and so many people can't register and add funds. Maybe they should not be forcing people to go cashless the first time they're trying it. If it's too much of a pain in the ass I can always just pay using my GF's wristband. But I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't have that luxury. This is not a good start to the festival considering it hasn't even started yet and there are major problems.

I haven't registered mine yet but I know that when I did before Bonnaroo last year it was super easy. I think you COULD do paperless transactions there but I just brought cash because they accepted it as it's easier ot control your spending at a camping festival that way than wireless payments.
In regards to the website to register things, that's extremely frustrating because I'm a creative recruiter (marketing, graphic design, UX, etc). and they could have easily paid a freelance person to design and code their website fairly cheap and quickly and probably not run into these problems. It doesn't take a rocket scientist, there are really talented people out there that would do this type of work at a discount because it's a national festival that they could put in their portfolio.

I have the marketing director's cell phone number if you want to reach out to her to offer suggestions. haha They gave it to me in case I run into any issues for the meet and greet I won.

I defended them a ton last year because they put out a KILLER lineup in their first year, but the problems are starting to mount and my faith in them is rattled. Lines, ATM, internet, and water issues last year. Not enough vendors, odd stage times, reducing stages. This year they are having bracelet problems, still kept some goofy lineup issues, reduced bands and stages, and I've been less than impressed with their websites and some of the graphics (the first schedule they put out was riddled with inaccuracies or odd ways of displaying set times). Not to mention the SHORT set times for headliners. They could put my mind to ease with a great festival but if they run into catastrophes like last year, I'm going to be very disappointed.

I completely agree. I almost wish I could get hired on to help sort this shit out. Or at least they should have someone active in a community like this to have their ear to the ground and foresee the kinds of things people are concerned/worried about. If they don't have their shit together, this might be the last year I do this...unless they produce a fucking killer lineup to make up for it.

I amazed at how many of my friends that are going DONT KNOW to register their bracelets and that cash won't be accepted. I mean come on, they always show me tweets about the lineup and changes and what not, how could you miss it?? I'm not looking forward to the people bitching about "not being told". I want to have a printed list of every tweet, Facebook post, email, and the letter that came with the bracelets when people start bitching.
