For what it's worth, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong is playing the Backwoods Festival in Arkansas that weekend. I don't see any reason they couldn't play both since we share acts with other festivals outside the radius clause.

Pigeons Playing Pingpong are also playing Backwoods in Arkansas that same weekend, I think its plausible for them to be able to do Friday at one and Sunday at the other.
EDIT: Its an 11 hour drive, totally doable. I think this is it.

I hope it's not Pigeons Playing Ping Pong personally. They play Ohio all the time including a free festival last summer at wooden cask brewery. I personally thought it was the Atari's myself but the alliteration thing makes sense if it's pigeons.

FYI - Bassnectar has a song called Ping Pong. Could just be a reference to the song and not the band. I still think it's Pigeons, but that's another possibility

according to setlist.fm, they played November 2018 it sure does fit into the "very seasoned" since they've been touring almost as long as I have been alive lol |

I could see Pigeons fitting in the Black Pistol Fire/Magic Giant slot. Black Pistol Fire was one of the first clues last year so it fits the pattern.

Keep an eye on tomorrow's clue. They usually stick to a theme hinting at either bands or songs or albums. If tomorrow's hint is to a song instead of an artist, that Bassnectar guess might come into play.

God I hope they aren't trying to entice us to buy our tickets this early, not knowing the line-up, only based on Machine Gun Kelly and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong or the Atari's...that's a big PASS if this is what we can expect!
