For me, one of the great things about music festivals like Bunbury is the exposure to under-discovered bands. In 2013, I thought this treat would be the Ambassadors -- but, unfortunately, they had van troubles and cancelled last minute.
This year, I would love to see a band like "The Clouds are Ghosts". They are big in Austin, but not well known elsewhere. I would love to get your thoughts -- not only on this band, but what other 'unknowns' do you think would make great Bunbury additions.
Links are appreciated.
Here is one from The Clouds are Ghosts:

^I liked that! They remind me a bit of Death Cab.
This would be my choice:

So, for sure, a thumbs up to your choice as well. I love the cut that you have shared (Call Me) -- but the previous work is also very good. In particular, I like "Broken Bones and Pocket Change".

Thank you ... and good response. While Mr. Gnome already has a decent following and some pretty good press, I would agree that they are still mostly "undiscovered". I think that they sound very similar to another band with Cleveland roots, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. (As an example: listen to Skeletons.) It is a little too abstract for my taste -- but clearly, there is a big enough Mr. Gnome fan base to tell me that I am hearing it wrong. :-) So, I will just agree. Thanks again for the suggestion!

I would have to agree with you. I've given the Yeah Yeah Yeahs several tries and saw them for a bit live at Bonnaroo I believe 2009, but.. I never could get into it.

By the way, it looks like these guys (St. Paul and the Broken Bones) will be playing the Southgate House on March 2nd. Maybe I'll see you there.
