They just updated their Instagram post to say that Friday night WILL be included for those who already purchased weekend passes. Can’t wait to see who they get. That's awesome. Super excited Oh man, 99 bucks for all three days?! What a hell of a deal. I am excited to see who they booked. Like I said, I feel like this decision was made at the last minute, and was because they were able to book a good headliner. I know this is a stretch, but firefly has confirmed that MCR will headline. I know it’s not likely, but we can hope |

Also going to throw Jack White in the mix, he is free one of the days of the festival and his tour does not stop in Columbus. Given the size of venues he's playing, and the bigger headliners theyre booking, I think he's a possibility. Also throwing in Weezer, Incubus, and Nathaniel Rateliff in. They're all doing some festivals and seem to fit well with the acts that Elevation has booked at their other festivals. I also suspect that the lineup was delayed a day because of the third headliner. Just an educated guess, but I think we'll see a new tour released that day, and one of the dates will be Wonderbus, whoever it is. I did hear Paramore is finishing up a new album and will tour on it. A late summer, early fall tour on that album might just fit this festival. |

Thursday - Charlotte, NC
Saturday - Huntsville, AL
Sunday - Maryland Heights, MO
So Friday could happen. Doesn’t seem likely to go from Charlotte to Columbus back to Huntsville, but you never know.

I need to take a look at festival lineups and tours, but I still think Girl Talk will close out a day. The fact they go to Dayton and other Ohio cities but completely jumps over Columbus is very suspect.
Robert Delong was supposed to do a show in December but had to cancel the day of (probably Covid?) and then said they wouldn't be rescheduling. I could see him being on the lineup perhaps.

Well, ever since the VERY sudden announcement of a third day, my hypothesis has been that they had been toying with the idea of adding a third day, if there was a strong headliner that could justify doing that. The change in the lineup release date also indicates that it could coincide with a major tour announcement. Florence has headlined a lot of big festivals and arena tours, but also doesn't seem out of this promoter's league, and aligns with headliners like Vampire Weekend and The Lumineers. Adding a third day with Florence and the Machine Headlining makes a lot of sense to me, and would be a huge get for this festival. Hell, had they not rolled the two day passes over to include the third day, I would DEFINITELY by a single day pas for Florence. |

In responding to a comment on an Instagram post, they mentioned that “Friday night would be included at no extra charge”. So yes, probably just 2-4 performers on Friday.

Curious then if some shuffling happened and Friday is more of a like Pre-party thing. Unless it's Florence (please please please have them on the lineup) and they just have some openers and then whoever is going to open on F&TM tour also perform and make it a tour stop more or less.
