Hell yes! Did they hint a headliner at all last year? Don't remember them doing that. There was definitely a clue that most people guessed was the Avett Bros. I remember thinking there was no way they would have a headliner as like the third clue and then they were on the lineup. The clue may have been for another artist but plenty of people here guessed Avett Brothers.

I really have no idea for headliner... Each year has been a different than the previous... Hell if they pulled out Pearl Jam, Bette Midler, and Kanye, I wouldnt be surprised at all... wouldnt be happy (minus the PJ, of course) I don't like Kanye but I would love to see what kind of spectacle he puts on.

A lot of people guessed Avett Brothers, but Bunbury did not actually hint a headliner.

M83 is playing in Columbus on June 3 It's possible they could be there. They play the 6th in Pittsburgh as well, although they are on the Governors Ball lineup. So it would be a pretty tall order to play in Columbus, then Cinci, then NY then come back to Pittsburgh. They need a break at some point. NOTE: If you go to Ticketmaster they don't have the concert in Columbus listed anymore. You can't find tickets to it at all although it's still on PromoWest's website. That makes me think they either have been moved to Bunbury for that weekend and they play Governors Ball as well and then go back to Pittsburgh or something of that combo. Also, I know it's not tied to Bunbury since they played last year but Twenty One Pilots is playing a show in Pittsburgh and then going to Governors Ball but there is no Columbus show at all, which makes me think they are going to be one of the headliners for PromoWest Fest since they played Bunbury last year. Just putting it out there. Twenty One Pilots is playing in Cincinnati that same week on Tuesday, May 31st.

Has anyone suspected Bloc Party? They are playing Columbus 5/21, Philly 6/1, then GovBall. I think it's possible they are on the lineup.

How was it leaked last year? I don't remember? Did someone just happen to get ahold of it ahead of time? I wish I had an insider at PromoWest but I don't know anyone that works for them unfortunately.

I'm hoping the same thing happens tonight.

I want to know so I can either get early bird tickets or spring for VIP! I don't want to spring for VIP if the lineup is so so.

I wish I had an insider at PromoWest but I don't know anyone that works for them unfortunately. I think they had no problem with the release party leak, that was designed. The REAL leak was that a radio station in Columbus prematurely sent out an email that contained an advertisement for Bunbury in which they listed the entire lineup. It was supposed to be sent the next day after the lineup announcement. For a while, we all thought it might be fake because the lineup was too good. I was pretty fucking happy it wasn't.

Although they have started to promote Bunbury a little bit up here so they are definitely going to be promoting the lineup so lightning could strike twice!

I'd much prefer to see the lineup come out tonight when I'm at home so I can soak it in. If it comes out when I'm at work I may have to run to the bathroom to cry. Or worse, I may have to run home if I soil myself.

Not sure if you saw the interaction on Twitter with Bunbury last night. Someone tweeted something along the lines of "You guys are having too much fun with these hints." To which Bunbury replied "We only have fun. Lots of fun. Too much of it. In fact, it's mandatory. We can't even use exclamation points. Wooooo."
If this isn't a blatant hint towards something fun. related, I don't know what is. But I know fun. has no plans of getting back together soon. And Bleachers (Jack Antonoff's band) was at Bunbury last year. So Nate Ruess's solo tour is a for sure addition to Bunbury in my opinion! And it's a GREAT show!
This lineup is shaping up to be pretty damn good.

Damn this I'm just ready for a lineup. I really don't think they would do something so blatantly obvious though and not come through on it. Feels too sneaky.

Then what does the comment about exclamation points mean? Like if it's not a hint, what purpose would that serve in a normal human conversation?

Then what does the comment about exclamation points mean? Like if it's not a hint, what purpose would that serve in a normal human conversation? I see it as them just making a joke. Like they're saying they're having so much fun because it's mandatory. Mandatory means that they're being forced to do it and one of the rules is that they can't use exclamation points. So the whole thing is like an oxymoron. Mandatory fun. I feel like it's not funny as I type this out, but when I first read it I chuckled. And last year they had some weird tweets that people assumed were hints but none of them were.

So how about headliners? I think we all pretty much believe Flo will be one. Who do you have as your next guesses? I have no basis other than they are playing other festivals this summer, but I'm thinking maybe Killers and Blink 182. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Florence and The Killers are pretty good guesses. I have worried that Blink 182 could be a possibility, but I really don't think they will be. The last two years one of the headliners have been completely off the radar. Snoop Dogg last year and Empire of the Sun the year before.
Wouldn't be surprised if there's a completely off the radar headliner this year too.
Would love to see Modest Mouse but I'm not optimistic.
