This is an average lineup for me. Some pretty cool acts, some that are iffy, but nothing too upsetting. But jack white festival rumors BEGIN!!

I guess a rumored lineup leaked for Boston Calling (i havn't seen a screen shot of it yet) but supposedly Eminem, The Killers and Jack White are headlining.

Don’t hate it, killers were fun and Eminem would still be cool to see. Definitely want to see jack white

Side note on the gov ball lineup: are 3eb really that small? I always pictured them as like a second line act. They’re like the bottom half of the poster

If Bunbury can grab Jack White and Portugal the Man, then this could be their best year yet. Headliners seem to be weak throughout the festival scene this year, but some of the undercards have me intrigued for Bunbury.

Boston Calling has been officially released now. It's the weekend before Bunbury, though last year it appears we only shared one act. The 1975 were at both. Can't get the attachment to work Here is the top few lines.... Eminem, The Killers, Jack White, Queens of the Stone Age, The National, Paramore, Tyler, The Creator, Khalid, Bryson Tiller, Portugal. The Man, Fleet Foxes, St Vincent, The Decemberists, Brockhampton, Maggie Rogers, Royal Blood, Manchester Orchestra, Daniel Caesar, Dirty Projectors, Stormzy, Thundercat, Belly, Pussy Riot, Julien Baker, Alvvays, The Menzingers, The Oh Sees, Perfume Genius, Noname, (Sandy) Alex G, Big Thief, Mount Kimbie, and others....... Queens of the Stone Age would be a pretty cool headliner here.
Friday May 25th is the last day of their current American Run. That's in New York. Then they will play Boston Calling. Then they don't play again until Friday June 8th in Denmark.
There's certainly enough time in between to play another festival in between.

I would be happy with Jack White, Foo Fighers, and Eminem headliners.

I also think The Revivalists will be on the lineup. They are getting bigger, and the lead singer is from Hamilton, which is just north of Cincinnati, so there's a local link. They are also really great live.

I would be happy with Jack White, Foo Fighers, and Eminem headliners. Foo will be in Europe, but the other 2 I think are firmly in play. I like this Boston Calling lineup quite a bit. I expect we will share more than one act with them this year.

They are also really great live. Just saw them at the Q102 Bosom Ball down at The Madison and they really were great. Their music is catchy but you really do have to see them live to get why they are so good.

I went to high school with the lead singer, so every show is like a huge high school reunion. I remember speaking with one of the organizers one year asking who my ideal lineup would be, and I definitely mentioned The Revivalists.

Also, Justin Timberlake has a new album coming out in February. What are the chances we could get someone like him?

I remember seeing a leaked list of festivals Eminem is doing, and it was A TON OF FESTIVALS, but Bunbury wasn't on it. Thus far it looks like that list was correct. I don't know if I see Bunbury as being big enough to bring in an Eminem. That's not slight on them just that I don't get the sense that's the avenue they want to go down.
The Revivalists would be awesome!
Man it stinks we have no insider info on a lineup this year. BUT I saw that Bonnaroo's lineup will be out next week meaning we should quickly be seeing more artists announce some shows in Columbus and Pittsburgh sooner leading up to festivals like that and usually that will give us a bit clue on who might be there.

Also, Justin Timberlake has a new album coming out in February. What are the chances we could get someone like him? If Timberlake was going to play festivals we would already have a heads up with Coachella or rumors of Bonnaroo. Timberlake will probably do some sort of stadium tour. I can't see Bunbury being one of his only festival appearances. If he was going to do a one off festival, it could be something like Firefly.

Someone on Inforoo is saying Arctic Monkeys are in for Bonnaroo. THAT is an act I could see being a top act at Bunbury.

There is nothing firm on Arctic Monkeys, but I feel it's more likely they will be in Europe this summer. I'd love to see them headline though. I've only seen them once, opening for Black Keys.

I would guess if Fantasy League ends the 14th, hints might begin that day or the day after so hints don’t unfairly skew fantasy guesses.

The 14th is a Sunday, so Hints probably begin on the 15th.
Damn it that's too long. Especially when I'm seeing hints for Bonnaroo and Forecastle already. I wanna play too!

I feel like in the past Bunbury has done a great job of diversifying themselves from other lineups out there. Seeing what is trickling out thus far. I am very much looking forward to this lineup.

Could Glass Animals be a possibility? They’re playing All Points East and Mad Cool

Could Glass Animals be a possibility? They’re playing All Points East and Mad Cool I would say it's unlikely. It looks like All Points East is right before Bunbury and I would be surprised if they immediately flew to the US for a show or two and then flew back. Could be wrong but I would be willing to bet they are spending the summer overseas and recording a new album and hitting a few festivals here and there across the pond.
