What's favorite bunbury "hack" or secret that not many people know?
Mine is to NOT enter at the main gate. Instead, enter on the western most side and there is virtually no one in line

My favorite hack is when i really want to get a good spot for an act but I'm late. I'll go to the left side of the stage and pretty much get as buried into the far corner as I can, then just work backwards towards the barricade. usually works bc people only care if you're moving in front of them, not behind them

Instead, enter on the western most side and there is virtually no one in line This was an amazing accidental find for us. Our Uber got lost and ended up dropping us off at this entrance because he didn't know what he was doing and we didn't have to wait in line or anything. It also sets you up to immediately get up front for an act if it isn't one of the big headliners. Only negative is that they don't open this up as an exit (I hope they've changed that) so you still have to funnel into the main entrance/exit to leave after the day is over.

Not an entrance, but you can exit here at the end of the night

If you're old, buy the VIP so you avoid fighting 98% of the crowd, can sit in AC, and can take a shit in a real bathroom.

Park in the lot near the gate entrance. Bring a cooler. Head out to the car for free drinks when the schedule doesn't have anything for you. You can still hear the music pretty well.

Not really a hack, but take a coozie for your beer. I know it seems simple, but man it sucks when you forget.
This is my advice for any show or place you will drink a beer.

Not one bit. They just asked to see inside my backpack, shook the bottle to make sure nothing was in it, then i was on my way

One of my pro tips is to forget the sunscreen. Go to the medical station and they will give it to you for free and also other goodies like wet naps

Who knows if it'll be around this year, but there was a pierogi tent last year serving up a variety of awesome pierogies and polish sausages. Because most the them had already been cooked.. the line moves insanely fast. So if you're in a hurry but also hungry.. keep an eye out for the pierogies.

Roughly how many pierogies and how many $'s?

Roughly how many pierogies and how many $'s? Oof. I'd be lying if I said I could remember exactly. But I think it may have just been $1/piece. They were rather large.. so six of them or so was a nice big snack. There were a variety of options, so it was easy to mix and match.

My favorite was stepping into the oldspice/secret booths and getting some deodorant to refresh. Also the playstation booth was air conditioned nicely, If you forget sunglasses one day, many many booth have free pairs if you ask

I have waited inside the main gate right before the tunnel and met some band members as the tour bus came in. It's kinda a hit or miss thing because they generally have security there that opens/closes a gate and will tell you to move along and not cause congestion. You just have to time it right.

Is there any secrect bathroom hack? Like any hidden spots? That was the only problem I really had last time I went. Here was my experience #1 Was generally packed and there were only maybe 10 stalls. During a headliner you're screwed if you use this #2 Was normally pretty good. When the Miller Lite hang out thing was busy these bathrooms were packed, but if you don't see many there this is a ghost town #3 This was a hidden gem. Most people did not venture back north of the med station but these stalls were in direct sunlight all day so they had a smell #4 I believe this was the only area that had actual bathrooms in it? I remember this area always being packed so I never even tried #5 was normally my go to between shows. It has easily 40 stalls and cycles quickly. Just get ready to jump in one. #6 was outside the entrance so it was only useful if you were coming in or if you had a 3 day pass and could enter/exit. Not worth the walk though #7 I only used during the day and it was empty. No idea how it was at night

I used 1, 5, 7 primarily and while none was horrible I remember 7 probably being the worst. You could hear music and see the stage but it's also didn't move overly quickly. I'm going to aim for the more hidden ones to see how those work. I feel like the Miller Lite bar thing was always the most crowded during a sporting event so here's to hoping the Finals or anything else don't fall on Bunbury this year haha.

One thing I did was my girlfriend and I would order 1 beer at the craft beer place but ask them to put it in two cups. You ALWAYS got way more than 1 beers worth. Generally about 1.5 beers

You will probably feel scummy, but a friend who I went with last year went up to every food vendor and asked if they would give him free food if he wore their shirt around the festival to promote it. Believe it or not, two places did it
