I was wondering if Firefly was having issues since they haven't posted a single thing since Dec 31st but I looked back and in 2015 they didn't announce until February 17th for a festival June 16-19. Then in 2016 it was announced in NOVEMBER. We might get frustrated with how Bunbury seems to always be later than other festivals, but at least they're fairly consistent.

This has me very excited for Wonderbus this year. If they are ramping up WonderStruck then they are likely to continue to put that into the Columbus version (they did a great job last year so really it'd just be a continuation of efforts). Agreed!! This looks like a big step up from last year, which I felt was a little weak by their standards. I'm betting on Nathaniel Rateliff as one headliner for Wonderbus, and I'm thinking maybe Glass Animals or maybe Foster the People. Keep in mind they really love booking a lot of Ohio bands for Wonderbus. Mark Foster is from Ohio originally. I love Foster the People, that would make me so excited. When does the lineup come out again? I need to get tickets still but plan to do it before the lineup comes out and prices go up.

I feel old as hell. I haven't heard of a single one of those I only know Burna Boy because he did a song with Fall Out Boy. He's gaining traction on his own merits, though. And I had an ex that was into Doja Cat. Other than that I only recognize DaBaby and Megan Thee Stallion, and only by name, I wouldn't know any music.

Roddy Ricch has the number 1 album for 3 weeks. Most streamed song since Lil Nas X Old Town Road but Roddy stuff isn’t a gimmick .

He's playing 1500 person rooms on his own tour. It looks like a show that’s just rap and he’s just blowing up. Rappers don’t do big tours unless it’s like 3 or 4 big names and that’s usually still small arenas. His album is getting like 77 million streams a week

There's no Wow factor at the top of the lineup, but it's a damn solid lineup of music.

Trombone Shorty should be at every festival! LOL

If we snagged a handful of these for our undercard, holographic me would be very happy. This just helps solidify in my mind that some of my source info was leading me in the right direction since both Steve and I got tipped off the 3EB coming to Bunbury

Nelsonville started releasing their lineup an artist per day starting yesterday. Since it's going on the same weekend as Bunbury and Wonderstruck it will be interesting to see who they add.
I'm impatient so I hate the one artist a day thing, but on the other hand, I've never heard of the first person they announced and I've been listening to her today and I really like her. So maybe there is something good to naming one artist per day.
Artist number 1 for Nelsonville is Nilufer Yanya. She's also playing Coachella and Bonnaroo.
Based on previous years evidence I would say she's out for Bunbury.

Maybe if nobody else makes one by the next artist announcement I will start a separate thread to keep it updated. Two really good acts so far. I listened to a lot of Nilufer Yanya yesterday and really liked her sound. Billy Strings is great if you get into Bluegrass music at all. Neither of these would sell a ticket for me, but to be 2 for 2 so far gives a pretty good outlook.

Boston Calling is releasing their lineup tomorrow Firefly also coming out tomorrow. Probably means they are sharing a headliner since they both held out a little longer than I think we expected. It'll be interesting to see who they all get.
