Lord, please not another disappointing festival. I thought last year was rough, but I can't take any more this year. Ah see I loved last years lineup. But I can see how it was pretty heavy into the Alternative Rock so it could definitely be hit or miss. We only stayed for The Killers headliner wise, so I guess the headliners don't mean as much to us but if Brockhampton is a headliner then I have a bad feeling about an undercard on any festival.

Oh I mean overall festivals for 2020! We went last year and had a great time, just seems like festivals overall have gone down in quality, likely due to oversaturation

It's kind of shocking but you are right, likely over saturation is finally catching up.

Jack Johnson is super weird. The 1975 dont do anything for me but people love them. Are we assuming the others are the second line or just artists in general? I dont know who that last one is.

I might just take all my money and splurge on rage Against the Machine, Foxy Shazam, and The Rolling Stones.

Meh...could be way worse. Knew Cage was a headliner and MMJ wouldn’t be here. None if the headliners do much for me, so will have early nights, which will probably be welcome since it will likely be sweltering. Curious about the rest of the lineup.

Festival Owl confirmed the other names are the second line.

Hm. Maybe it could be The 1975 and Cage the Elephant at MoPop. Still betting on ‘75 and Strokes.

Ok wait I’m actually into Tash Sultana after looking her up on Spotify. This is kind of feeling like a very jam bandy/vibez approach to the festival this year with some of this lineup

Need to get to the bottom of this ‘pop-country’ thing I was told. Wonder if someone dropped out.

Unless there is someone on the second line that fits that and there was just some confusion maybe? Yeah, hopefully will figure it out. For Cage the wife of a band member told someone I know that they were headlining back in November/December. And for MMJ a band member said they were not doing fests this year. That is how I knew those.

Honestly, if the cage, jack johnson, 1975 leak is accurate my group is pumped! We will for sure be going if there are at least a few undercards we want. Jack johnson doesn't tour often and we've been trying to see him for a long time. I assume it's gonna be a super super mellow headliner which is a little weird, but i'm down

Better than Bunbury, but I’m not sold. Gonna wait for Wonderbus and Railbird.

Parquet Courts. That is the only act on the entire lineup I'd be excited to see. I like Cage the Elephant but I just saw them last Summer so I would enjoy it but it wouldn't cause me to buy a ticket.
Hopefully some of you are more excited.

Better than Bunbury, but I’m not sold. Gonna wait for Wonderbus and Railbird. LOL, maybe better overall but there are three bands I would be excited about at Bunbury and only one at Forecastle. The bands may be better overall but for me personally I'd do Bunbury if I had to do one. Luckily I don't have to do one.

Looking at doing Saturday and hoping Cage is better than when I saw them before. I actually really, really love their music and would be super stoked that they're headlining if it weren't for that lackluster show

This lineup is some that I’m interested in, mostly things that don’t interest me at all. Nothing on here that is a must see for me. Dislike the Jack Johnson headliner.

Soccer Mommy, Ratboys, Julian Baker, Low Cut Connie, (Sandy) Alex G, Parquet Courts...best undercard in the area.

I can pick out quite a few acts that I would see if I was there. Tash Sultana, Umphrey's McGee and Thundercat on Friday. Cage the Elephant, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Third Eye Blind, Manchester Orchestra, Wale and Elohim on Saturday. and The 1975, Carly Rae Jepsen, Gryffin and Parquet Courts on Sunday.
Don't they usually add a few mid tier acts in a month or two? Or I know they have in the past at least.
Most likely we'll be going because Wonderbus is so cheap that we can get those tickets independent of any other festival and it not feel like we are spending a lot (and it helps we can just Uber home afterwards).

Umphrey's is an amazing live band. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but give them a chance.
